The Council meets the first Monday of the month. The minutes of the previous meeting are reviewed and approved or approved as corrected the month following the meeting. Therefore, the corrected minutes posted here will be a month behind.

The public is always welcome to attend the meetings of the council. They are conducted in the Lucille Sadler room of the County Administration building, 180 South Main Street, Martinsville at 6:30 PM.
